Job Description

There are three things that Real Estate Agents look for when choosing a Team or Brokerage to join. Our Team provides a ton of each of these. Let's break down what we offer to our Agents as well as what we expect from our agents.

We want our agents to focus as much of their time as possible on doing deals. Not the other stuff.
 
Most Real Estate Agents aren't used to being busy. Our Team is very good at getting agents very busy, fast. Our "Leads" aren't just leads. They are leads that convert into deals. Over half of all the deals our Team closes are Team generated deals.

  • Open Role Play (in person and zoom) – Tuesdays 1pm
  • Team Meeting – Tuesday 12-1pm
  • Contract Training – Third Tuesday of month 12 – 1pm
We also have experience-based trainings or masterminds. This way you're in the room with others who are in your same position. There is no lack of training on our Team.
 
We are very selective with the Agents that we bring onto the Team. We know we offer a ton to our Agents, and we have high expectations in return.
