You’ve found the one and you’re ready to make an offer! We’ll help you craft a fair, data-driven purchase offer based on in-depth market analysis and handle all the necessary purchase agreements. From there, we’ll use our expert negotiating skills to guide you through contingencies and make sure you don’t spend a dollar more than you need to. And if things don’t work out with one offer, don’t worry - we’ll be ready with a solid game plan for the next opportunity in the DMV market.

Once your offer is accepted, you’ll have the option to inspect the property.
